Xinrui supports pet brands, importers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers developing dog poop bag and pet waste bag programs for European and North American markets. We help coordinate material selection, product specifications, private label development, sampling, manufacturing-partner follow-up, pre-shipment checks and shipment support around the requirements of each project.
Our role is to help turn a product idea into a clear, workable sourcing program—not simply to offer another standard bag.

Once the material direction is clear, we help define the details that turn it into an actual product—bag format, dimensions, thickness, roll configuration, color, printing and packaging.
This keeps the focus on what the buyer actually needs, rather than forcing every project into a fixed SKU.

How We Manage a Project
From Initial Requirements to Shipment
A private label project depends on a series of connected decisions. Our role is to keep the material, product specification, packaging and approved references aligned as the project moves forward.
- Understand the Project
- We review the target market, material direction, estimated quantity and any reference product, artwork or packaging ideas already available.
- Define the Product
- We clarify bag format, dimensions, thickness, bags per roll, core format, color, printing and retail packaging.
- Develop & Approve
- Samples are developed against the agreed requirements, followed by confirmation of the product specification, artwork, color and packaging details.
- Coordinate Production
- Approved requirements are communicated to the manufacturing partner and followed through during production and packaging.
- Check & Prepare for Shipment

Pre-shipment checks can include dimensions, thickness, seals and perforation, roll configuration, printing, retail packaging and carton marks, depending on the project requirements.
Freight arrangements and applicable export or shipping documents are then coordinated for dispatch.
